 Project Manager  


The MF Housing Project Manager will manage a full range of tasks related to the planning, financing, implementation and development of affordable housing projects.  The successful candidate will implement and coordinate housing project activities from acquisition, entitlement, funding procurement, loan closing, etc.  Prospective applicants must have knowledge of and technical background in housing, community development strategies, programs and funding sources, including multi-layered financing and tax credit equity.  A BA degree from an accredited university/college; or equivalent combination of education and proven experience in the field is required.
